Ping Master Agent LLC ("Ping," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information you provide through pingnation.us, our dealer application and onboarding forms, the Ping sub-dealer portal, our SMS and email communications, and related business services (together, the "Services").
By using our website or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Ping Master Agent LLC is a Cricket Wireless authorized Master Retailer. We recruit, onboard, and support independent sub-dealers who operate Cricket Wireless retail locations under the Cricket Dealer Lite program. pingnation.us is an informational and application-intake website for that program.
Cricket Wireless and AT&T are separate companies. When we share information with them as described below, their own privacy policies govern their use of that information.
2. Information We Collect
(a) Information you give us when you apply
When you submit an application or contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, company or DBA name, target market, number of locations planned, prior wireless or retail experience, and any notes you choose to add.
(b) Information collected during sub-dealer onboarding
If your application moves forward, we collect the additional information needed to onboard you as a Cricket sub-dealer and to submit your locations to Cricket for approval. Depending on your stage, that may include:
- Business formation details, EIN, ownership structure, and registered address;
- Proposed retail location addresses, lease documents, letters of intent, and site photos;
- Identification and authorization details required to run background and credit checks on owners and principals;
- Bank account and routing information used to set up ACH commission payouts and inventory billing;
- Signed program agreements and the audit records associated with electronic signature;
- Insurance certificates, dealer codes, and other compliance documentation.
(c) Information collected automatically
We collect non-personal technical information such as browser type, device information, referring page, IP address, and anonymous usage data to operate the site, protect against spam and abuse, and improve the experience.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Evaluating your application. To review your interest in the Cricket Dealer Lite program, assess fit, and contact you about next steps.
- Onboarding and program operations. To form and verify your operating entity, submit your locations to Cricket for approval, issue dealer codes, order inventory, and set up payouts.
- Verification and risk. To run background and credit checks where you have authorized them, to verify banking details, and to meet AT&T and Cricket security and compliance requirements.
- Communication. To send transactional email and SMS about your application, onboarding tasks, document signatures, payouts, training, support, and program updates, and to send program-related promotional messages you may opt out of at any time.
- Payments. To process ACH commission payouts, deposits, and inventory billing.
- Site operation and security. To maintain, secure, and improve the site and portal, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Legal obligations. To comply with legal requirements, enforce our agreements, and protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Cricket Wireless and AT&T. Applicant, entity, owner, and location information is submitted to Cricket and AT&T for dealer and location approval, dealer-code issuance, and program administration. Approval decisions are made at Cricket's sole discretion.
- Service providers. We use vetted third-party providers to run the program — for example, background and credit screening vendors, electronic signature providers, banking and payment processors, identity and authentication providers, cloud hosting and database providers, and email and SMS delivery providers. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
- Financial institutions. Banking details are shared with our bank and payment partners solely to originate ACH payouts and debits.
- Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and auditors, where reasonably necessary.
- Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. SMS and Mobile Information
We do not share mobile information, including SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or consent information, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, and are excluded from all categories of information we may otherwise share. This information is used only to deliver the SMS communications and services you have requested or consented to receive, and is disclosed only as required by law or as necessary for our authorized messaging service providers to deliver those messages.
When you provide your mobile number on an application form and check the consent box, you consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Ping about your application, onboarding, account notifications, training, support, and program updates. Consent is not a condition of applying to or participating in the program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier's terms. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our SMS Messaging Terms for full details.

Our website may link to external websites, including Cricket Wireless and AT&T properties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
9. Data Retention
We retain application and onboarding records for as long as needed to operate the program, meet Cricket and AT&T contractual and compliance requirements, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.
